π When I was in school, baked goods were sold in the canteen, there was little choice. Buns with various fillings and biscuits were sold. And then it was the most delicious biscuits for me, which was pleasant to crunch "bite" with tea at recess. I decided to please my child with such biscuits. The recipe is very simple, many people know it, but for some it will be new.
Ingredients: 75 grams of butter, 75 ml of milk, 80 grams of sugar, vanillin, 1 egg, baking powder, 230-250 grams of flour.
Grind the butter with sugar into a homogeneous mass, then add the egg and mix well again.
Then add milk, vanillin and gradually flour. We knead the dough, it should turn out to be very soft, elastic and not sticky to your hands.
Let the test rest for about 5-10 minutes.
Next, roll out a layer 5-7 mm thick and cut out cookies of any shape. I used an ordinary glass. In the school cafeteria, they were made in a rectangular shape with wavy edges, unfortunately I don't have such a knife.
Cookies are baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
While the cookies are still warm, you can already eat them with hot tea or milk. Try it.
