Probably everyone has such acquaintances or friends who always lose weight and go on diets and those who are not in themselves and never get better. My friend almost always diets and limits herself to starchy foods and sweets, and sometimes it even brings results. It was at her place that I tried these cookies and asked for the recipe. These are very light and airy cookies without flour and oil, and most importantly - very tasty!
To prepare the dough, you will need coconut flakes, this will be its basis. To it you need to add skimmed milk powder. I add dry coconut, which my parents brought this year from Thailand (had time π).
Friend add sweetener, I add regular sugar, literally one tablespoon. Mix the dry ingredients well and add two eggs to them.
I mix the dough well with a spoon and with wet hands form balls a little smaller than a chicken egg. I send it to the oven already preheated to 180 degrees for literally 20 minutes.
Then I let the liver cool down and then dip it in melted dark chocolate. The chocolate hardens quickly and the cookies can be served.
Ingredients:
120 grams of coconut flakes
30 grams of milk powder
2 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
Several slices of dark chocolate for garnish
