The other day I prepared a very tasty and surprisingly easy dessert to prepare. Spent only a few minutes and sent it to the refrigerator to solidify. It turned out incredibly tasty, easy and unusual, and the ingredients are very ordinary. Such a dessert can be made in portions, decorated with berries and fruits, and this will be a festive option.

The first thing I do is soak the gelatin in milk. I pour only 20 grams of gelatin in 150 ml of milk and leave.

Next, white chocolate, I take two bars, I combine with milk and send them to the microwave for 1.5 minutes.

Milk can be replaced with cream, this is a higher-calorie option, but it will turn out to be even tastier.

I also add one flat tablespoon of fresh honey and mix well. It dissolves well in hot milk.

Now I do the same with soaked gelatin, send it to the microwave for 1 minute, it is important not to bring it to a boil so that it does not lose its properties. I send the melted gelatin to the mixture of milk and white chocolate and mix well. Now it remains to pour the mass into a suitable form and send it to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Unfortunately, I only have a form with a diameter of 19 cm. Dessert will look much more impressive if you use a form with a diameter of 14-15 cm.

After the dessert has stabilized, I cover it with melted dark chocolate like in the photo πŸ‘‡.

400 ml milk (or cream)
200 grams of white chocolate
25 grams of gelatin
1 tablespoon honey
Dark chocolate for serving
