Today I want to share a recipe for homemade nutella. Ideal for toasts, pancakes and pancakes. This is delicious homemade Nutella, and it just cooks instantly.

Recipe:
Hazelnuts - 500g.
Sugar -5 tbsp
Vanilla sugar -1 pack
Cocoa powder -2-3 tbsp.
Or chocolate -100-150gr.
Cooking method:
We only need 4 ingredients. This is cocoa powder, if desired, you can replace it with milk or dark chocolate, hazelnuts, you can take peanuts, but the taste will be different, but also tasty, you also need sugar and vanilla sugar.
Pour nuts on a baking sheet, put in a preheated oven and dry the nuts for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and peel off.
The weight of the peeled nuts is 500 grams.
Now we need a powerful blender, I'm using a food processor. Put nuts and chop.
First, the nuts will turn into crumbs, then gradually begin to turn into a smooth, liquidish homogeneous mass. I don't add any liquid, it takes me 7-10 minutes in time. Grind to the consistency you need and it all depends on your blender.
Now add some cocoa powder to taste, I add 3 tablespoons, you can add melted chocolate, then the chocolate paste will be thicker after solidification in the refrigerator. And add sugar to taste, I add 5 tbsp. 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Punch with a blender until smooth. We take containers and pour out the paste. We put it in the refrigerator until it cools.
As I said, if you want the pasta to be thick, you need to add melted chocolate instead of cocoa, but of course it will turn out even tastier with chocolate. Served for breakfast, great with pancakes.
