In recent weeks, the Zen tape has been replete with various "apple" recipes, of course, autumn is the time for baked apples, stewed fruit, pies. So I decided not to lag behind and share with you a very interesting, although quite common at first glance, recipe for a pie with apples. It turns out to be very tasty. it has very little dough and a lot of filling, and a minimum of sugar, isn't that the main thing in fruit pies?

Pie preparation starts with the dough:

Flour - 250 grams

Butter - 125 grams

a pinch of salt

water - 60 ml

I knead the dough, put it in a mold and put it in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, and then put baking paper on it and pour out the beans. In this form, I send the dough into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. While the dough is in the oven, I am preparing the filling.

For the filling, I take sweet apples, about 800 grams peeled. I add to them a handful of raisins, one tablespoon of sugar (although you can not add) and a little cinnamon. I mix everything well.

After 15 minutes, I take out the form with the dough from the oven and spread the filling. And I'm preparing a streusel.

To do this, I mix 90 grams of butter, 50 grams of sugar and 70 grams of flour, you can add a little cinnamon and chopped walnuts, I also add another pinch of nutmeg. I grind everything into small crumbs and sprinkle the filling on top.

I put the cake in the oven again for another 40 minutes.

When serving, be sure to sprinkle with powdered sugar, this makes any baked goods more elegant.
