The basis of the salad is zucchini, the vegetable must be peeled and cut into slices 0.7 cm thick. They need to be salted and fried in vegetable oil until tender. If you want, you can roll them in flour with spices, but I don't, because the salad turned out to be not so high in calories.
While the zucchini are fried, you need to boil eggs, three pieces are enough. I cut the cooled eggs quite large.
The last ingredient is tomatoes, you only need 2-3 pieces. I cut them just as large enough.
I mix everything in a salad bowl and add a couple of garlic cloves squeezed through a press, add a little mayonnaise and mix well. I also like to add a little black pepper.
