Already many times my subscribers and readers have shared their recipes with me. To date, a huge number of recipes have accumulated, which I rewrote for myself in order to cook. Finally, the turn came to this recipe for making incredibly delicious chicken rolls with a filling, which is prepared in literally a matter of minutes. The result is great!
I'm using chicken breast for this recipe, but the thighs will be slightly juicier.
I have a chicken breast fillet, which I cut into three pieces for a total of six pieces. I beat each piece of meat by covering it with cling film. Be sure to salt and pepper on both sides and put it aside for literally three minutes while I cook the filling.
For the filling, you need to wash a few mushrooms and cut them into small cubes as in the photo below.
To the mushrooms, I add grated cheese, two heaped spoons of sour cream and three cloves of garlic chopped using a press.
I also add a little salt and mix well.
I spread the filling on each piece of meat and roll up the roll. I transfer it to a heat-resistant glass form.
I grease each roll with a little sour cream and sprinkle with ground paprika for color.
I send the form with rolls to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
So, without any special troubles, you get a delicious lunch or dinner, and most importantly, without frying and unnecessary oil. I highly recommend to cook and please yourself and your loved ones.
