Two original salads from ordinary cabbage. And without mayonnaise

Winter and spring is the time for such salads, because seasonal vegetables are now the most affordable for us. Today I bring to your attention two cabbage salads, the first salad is the simplest, but all its "zest" is in the dressing, thanks to which it turns out to be spicy and very juicy. The second salad is richer in ingredients, and this is perhaps my favorite salad with kale.

So, the first salad with the flavor of spring. The cabbage needs to be finely chopped, salt and mash well with your hands, so that she lets the juice. Cut the lettuce and green onions just as finely, you can also add dill, but I didn't have it today. Mix everything thoroughly and fill.

Refueling: 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Add some mustard if desired.

It turns out a very tasty, juicy salad. If you let it brew a little, then the cabbage will be like pickled. Delicious.

Now the second salad, so delicious that in winter I am ready to eat it at least every day. Salad without mayonnaise, but I assure you that no one will even understand that it is not there, the dressing is so similar to mayonnaise, but much more useful.

Finely chop the cabbage, I take about 100 grams, add to it one tomato cut into strips, one red onion cut into half rings, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of canned corn, 50 grams of grated cheese and 3 boiled egg proteins. Now refueling:

2 boiled yolks, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice, 0.5 tsp. tablespoons of mustard, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and season the salad.

This salad should be served immediately. It is so tasty that most likely it will be the first to leave the table, and that's what happens to me меня.
