I suggest serving a dish to the dining table that should please all meat eaters - pork baked in pieces in the oven. Meat dishes will make any meal quite satisfying and nutritious, fill the body with strength. You can serve this type of meat as you like - with porridge or potatoes, pasta, vegetables or pickles. It will be tasty and right to serve it with a light salad of tomatoes and onions.

Ingredients:

Pork - 300 g

Carrots - 1 pc.

Garlic - 2 cloves

Salt, pepper - to taste

Ground paprika - 1/3 tsp

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list. You can choose any piece of pork - neck, oss, tenderloin, etc. Besides carrots and garlic, you can use any set of vegetables and spices you like best.

2. Rinse pork under cool water, dry slightly. Trim all films and fat on a piece of meat. Then cut it into small pieces.

3. Shake the pork with salt, ground pepper, paprika. You can add a ready-made set of spices for meat or spices separately.

4. Be sure to add garlic to the recipe, for this you need to disassemble the head into cloves, then peel them off and rinse. Cut each clove into medium-sized slices or small cubes.

5. Carrots go well with pork, it makes the meat a little lighter, enriches it with its pleasant sweetish flavor. Peel a large root vegetable and rinse. Cut into plates or cubes.

6. Preheat the oven well by setting the temperature to 180 degrees. Grease a heat-resistant form with a little vegetable oil. Transfer the meat with garlic and carrots to it, seal with foil and send to the oven. For the first 25 minutes, bake the pork sealed, then remove the foil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

7. After a while, arrange the dish on plates, add your favorite side dish and serve.
