Soda - 1 / 2ch.l.

Cheese - 130g.

Flour - 200g.

Filling 1:

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Green onions - 1 / 2puchka

Salt - 1 / 4ch.l.

Black pepper - to taste

Filling 2:

Ham - 50-100gr.

COOKING METHOD

130 g hard cheese sodium on fine grater.

The bowl pour 200 ml yogurt, add 1/3 tsp salt, half a teaspoon of baking soda and mix. Add the cheese and stir. Gradually introduce the flour and knead the dough. Form the patties. Fry in vegetable oil.
