Amazingly tasty and juicy shawarma (shaverma). Homemade recipe.
We begin with the preparation of the marinade, squeeze through the press 3-4 cloves of garlic. To add the garlic salt, black pepper, hot pepper chili, paprika teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon cumin.
And ground spices with each other better in a mortar.
Now paste of spices add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. And once again good mixed.
Now rub the chicken thighs on all sides. You can leave the chicken to marinate for 2-3 hours, but enough of the time until we will prepare the filling.
In my shawarma will not be pickled cucumbers, but it will be pickled onions.
Small onion cut into very small semicircles. I add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar.
