Let's get acquainted! My name is Anja and in May 2018 I went on about proper nutrition and caloric deficit.

I have already said that after a day of travel in Moscow woke up with swelling of fatigue and lack of water you drink.
All the same, how difficult our bodies, just what is wrong - start stocking with what we would not like. The water delayed, then Zhirkov pripaset.
It turns the eternal struggle with himself.
My day started from one of the favorite breakfast - sandwiches on home wholemeal bread (65g) with butter (10 g), caviar carp (25 g) and fish pate (35 g). Green tea, Vitaminka and omega-3, and I'm ready for a new day.
Breakfast came on 390 kcal.
Today was baking for the family sweet cheese buns. Painfully, they all liked, and ate a snack and a very little thing (60 g) - 155 kcal.
I never cease to rejoice in the fact that when the firm decided to change his life, and finally did not lose weight to try another newfangled diet. Here are just grateful to myself that approached rationally to the issue, has studied a lot of information and come to a proper diet (even more okoloPP) and losing weight on a calorie deficit.
I'm sure it would be still 130, and even more weight after the regular diet.
And how could I have these sweets?
On vacation we are slowly doing furnishing apartments and utility room - a lot of time is spent on it.
For lunch I made for the entire family boiled potatoes and the chicken livers and she ate. I do not always have to cook yourself something separately. Often it happens that the whole family is the same.
Lunch - 150 boiled potato and 200 g of chicken liver, stewed vegetables - 420 kcal.
After dinner, I took a green tea and 15 g of a commercially meringue (with sugar) to do some work on the computer. Meringue turned on 40 kcal.
Such a good weather was today, we decided to go for a spontaneous picnic in the evening - just relax in the open air, bake potatoes, someone, sausages.
I got dinner of vegetables with Adygei cheese and baked potatoes. Surely I put in 300 kcal.
As a result, my day came for 1300 kcal.
Vodichku drink as we leave - are actively engaged in home and utility room - that replaces me until exercise.
