Lean donuts with garlic 🧄

Ingredients: For dough: warm water, dry yeast (11 g), vegetable oil, salt, sugar, flour, starch, For garlic sauce: finely chopped dill, garlic, olive oil, salt

Cooking method:

☑️ Pour warm water (not hot) into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar and yeast. After a few minutes, when the yeast disperses, add vegetable oil, sifted flour and starch.

☑️ Mix everything well and knead the dough thoroughly for about 5-7 minutes, cover the bowl with a towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for an hour.

☑️ Lubricate a deep baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil or it is better to use baking parchment.

☑️ Then we divide the dough into small identical pieces, forming a ball from each piece. We put the balls on a baking sheet or in a form next to each other and give the balls about 20 minutes to proof. During this time, they should increase in size.

☑️ Then we send a baking sheet with donuts to a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake until they are browned. Pampushki can be made in any size, large or small.

☑️ While the donuts are baking, prepare the garlic sauce. To do this, mix finely chopped dill, minced garlic, olive oil and salt.

☑️ As soon as we took out the finished donuts from the oven, we immediately grease them with a culinary brush with garlic sauce. Lenten donuts with garlic are ready! Let's serve with borscht! ⠀ Bon appetit! ⠀
