It will take literally 5 minutes to prepare the dough.
Ingredients:
Butter 100 grams
Egg 1 pc
Flour 70 grams
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons with a slide
Sugar 90 grams
Baking powder 1 tea boat
1 banana
To do this, rub the soft butter with a mixer with sugar. Next, add two eggs one at a time, alternately mixing them.
I send flour, cocoa powder and baking powder to the resulting mass.
I also mix the dough thoroughly with a mixer and add banana, chopped in mashed potatoes with a fork, to it, mix well with a spatula.
I transfer the dough into a cake pan and send it to an oven already preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
While the cake is in the oven, you can quickly cook fondant, for this one bar of dark chocolate I melt in the microwave and add about 30 ml of milk and 1 teaspoon of butter to it.
I mix everything well and pour on top of the still hot cake just taken out of the oven.
Spread the fondant with a spatula and let it cool a little.
