Good day to everyone and delicious, comfortable weight loss!

Here's how I cook nutty-flavored cottage cheese braids from my slimming menu.

For many years, there was an opinion that when losing weight, everything is impossible - no baked goods, no potatoes, no pasta, no bananas. And if you go further, then in the end you can only chew weed. Many products have been accused and punished and restricted in consumption.

But time does not stand still and many are now thinking not only about how to quickly get rid of excess weight, but also about their health, comfort, and also losing weight once and for all. Therefore, counting calories and BJU is becoming an increasingly popular method of losing weight.

Here's how I cook nutty-flavored cottage cheese braids from my slimming menu.

From my own experience, I realized that counting calories is one of the best and most effective methods of losing weight. for those who want to eat tasty, comfortable, without harm to themselves and at the same time build up once and forever and ever.

And yes, you can even count baked goods by counting calories! We cook less high-calorie pastries, use a lot of cottage cheese and enjoy life.

And for you, I have a recipe for a sweet curd braid stuffed with peanut butter. And as always, my favorite curd dough comes into play.

For the curd braids, I used the following ingredients:

  • 400 g of cottage cheese 5%,
  • 1 chicken egg (60 g),
  • 200 g whole grain rice flour (approx. 170 g per dough and 30 g per drip),
  • sweetener 6-7 sachets (1 sachet = 5 g sugar),
  • a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, a bag of vanillin (1 g).
  • 50 g of chocolate peanut butter (can be replaced with another filling).

Cooking.

Kneading my favorite curd dough. First, mix the cottage cheese, egg, salt, sweetener (or sugar) and vanillin.

Then we add most of the flour, leaving about 30 grams for powdering the table during further work with the dough.

Depending on the curd (too wet or dry), you may need more or less flour, respectively.

Knead the dough well and divide it into 2 parts - we will have 2 pigtails.

Sprinkle flour on the table.

We distribute the dough with our hands on the table, cover with cling film and roll it into a rectangle. Thanks to the cling film, the dough does not stick to the rolling pin and rolls out well.

Lubricate the dough with peanut butter.

And we turn into a roll.

Instead of peanut butter, you can use cinnamon or poppy seeds (pre-soak in water) as a filling, lightly brushing the dough with melted butter.

It's difficult to work with the dough, it can break, but it's okay, we'll fix it with our hands in the future.

We cut the roll in half and weave it neatly. We fix it with our hands if it breaks somewhere.

We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

The more you fry, the more crisp the crust will be, and the inside is a delicate, soft curd dough with a nut filling.

Not very pretty in appearance, but how delicious!

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

Enjoy your tea!

KBZHU per 100 g for my products turned out the following: K - 252, B - 15.4, F -7.4, U - 30.7.
