Cooking method:

Prepare the necessary products. Wash raisins in warm water, dry with paper towels. Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a skillet. Bake the beets in the oven. Cut the onion very thinly into half rings.

Peel the beets and grate on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, cabbage, beets, onions, raisins.

Season with pepper, herbs, add sesame seeds and oil, mix everything well. If necessary, bring the taste of the salad with spices.

Transfer the finished salad to a salad bowl, sprinkle with sesame seeds on top and serve.
