So, I cannot give the exact proportions, but they are not needed here, everything is done "by eye". Bread, I took about 5 - 6 pieces, you need to grind into crumbs using a blender.

Next, I add 1 heaping teaspoon of cocoa powder and banana to them. I cut the banana into pieces and add gradually, tracking the consistency of the mass.

It should turn out such that you can easily form a ball out of it. In addition to banana for sweetness, I add 1 tablespoon of honey, you can replace it with regular sugar.

Further, to the resulting mass, I add the nuts already crushed into crumbs, I have almonds, but you can take any, it turns out very tasty with walnuts.

I mix the whole mass well and form round sweets a little larger than a quail egg, roll them in nut crumbs as well, but this is not necessary.
