Today I am preparing a wonderful appetizer, both adults and children like this appetizer! Can be served on a festive table, at a party. It is absolutely certain that you need to cook a lot of such things at once, they fly away instantly :)
I need one medium onion, chop the onion finely.
Rub 60 grams of cheese on a coarse grater straight to the onion.
In a separate bowl, shake 1 chicken egg with a fork.
From the total, I transfer 2 tablespoons of the egg mixture to a bowl (for lubrication).
Pour the basic egg mixture over the onion and cheese. Salt and stir.
I took a layer of ready-made puff yeast-free dough. I roll it thinly.
Spread the onion-cheese filling in a thin layer over the entire layer of dough.
Wrap the filled dough tightly in a roll.
I cut the roll about in half, put it on a board and send it to the freezer for 40 minutes. Thus, a little later I will be able to cut the roll thinly and the onion will bake.
The roll is frozen, I cut it thinly.
I cover the baking sheet with baking paper and spread the rolls at some distance from each other. Grease the rolls with the remaining egg mixture using a brush.
I send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 15 minutes. I have a convection oven.
Absolutely indescribable aroma! All the household ones came running :) It turns out cute, small, crunchy onion things!
