Aromatic, crispy, sweet and sour. I prepare such an onion for barbecue, for salads, for baked meat and vegetables. Store in the refrigerator for more than a month. But he does not stay with us for so long))

Any onion can be taken, but I usually buy red onions for this recipe. I cut into half rings.

For the marinade, combine in a saucepan 270 ml white wine or apple cider vinegar and 140 g Sahara. Bring to a boil with constant stirring. You can add a little salt. But I cook without her.

I put the onion in a jar tightly. I fill it with just boiled marinade. Let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator.

After a few hours, the onion is ready.

I really love such pickled onions in salads. And I always cook it for barbecue.
