It is not necessary to be an outstanding artist or a professional chef to prepare a culinary "piece" that will surprise not only the household, but also the participants of the festive feast. This recipe for apple pie will help to verify this. To prepare it, you need only a little skill to sculpt pies and you will get a very cute masterpiece that can be presented as a gift to your beloved mother or grandmother. The baked goods are beautiful, tender and fragrant.

Ingredients:

For the test:

Wheat flour - 600 g

Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp l.

Vanillin - 0.33 tsp l.

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Milk - 200 ml

Butter - 40 g

Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.

Salt - 0.5 tsp l.

For filling:

Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp l.

Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.

Apple - 4 pcs.

Preparation:

Step 1: To bake a yeast dough apple pie, you first need to prepare the required ingredients.

Step 2: The first stage is kneading the dough. Heat the milk a little, dissolve granulated sugar and salt in it, stir in the butter. Beat in a chicken egg and mix thoroughly until smooth. Dissolve dry yeast in the resulting mixture.

Step 3: Pre-sift the required amount of wheat flour. First, add half of its volume to the yeast cocktail, mix. Then mix in the remaining volume in parts. Flour may require a different amount (slightly less or more), which is influenced by different factors: gluten, moisture, variety, geography of origin and many others. Knead an elastic dough, but strong enough, not sticking to hands and dishes.

Step 4: Tighten the container with the dough with cling film or close the lid and leave in a warm place for 1.5-2 hours. During the allotted time, its volume should increase 2 times.

Step 5: As soon as the rich yeast dough "grows up", prepare the apple filling. Peel the washed apples and then cut into 8 pieces. Or pre-cut and then peel. Remove core.

Step 6: Slightly knead the dough, divide into 32 equal parts and roll each into a bun. Thoroughly mix the granulated sugar intended for the filling with ground cinnamon, which is preferably ground on your own for better flavoring of the baked goods.

Step 7: Roll each butter ball in turn into a thin juicer, into which to "seal" an apple slice, previously boned in a dry sugar-cinnamon mixture, making a pie in the shape of a boat. Pinch the connecting seam very carefully.

Step 8: The blanks of the pies should be laid out in a circle in a baking dish (diameter 27 cm). The first row consists of 17 pieces. Place the boats with the seam up, leaning on half and lifting the second one onto the side of the form.

Step 9: Lay out the second row of blanks (8 pieces) with the seam down and similarly arrange the central circle (7 pieces). It should make a flower.

Step 10: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the cake in it for about 25-30 minutes. It is better to focus on the characteristics of your oven and the beautiful ruddy shade of baked goods. Cool the finished product a little without removing it from the mold.

Step 11: Serve sweet flower with apple filling for tea or coffee. For serving, cut the pie into portions or, if desired, leave it intact so that guests can disassemble it into individual pies.

You can add sweets before serving by sprinkling with powdered sugar.
