Holidays are approaching and the topic of delicious original salads is again becoming relevant. In this article, I want to share with you three delicious recipes at once, it is difficult to say which one is our favorite.

First salad - Forest clearing or mushroom clearing, you can name it differently, but the essence remains the same. I know that every housewife has her own recipe for this salad, today I will share mine.

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes 2 pcs, boiled eggs 4 pcs, ham 200-250 grams, pickled mushrooms 150-200 grams, herbs, mayonnaise 4-5 tablespoons

I usually "collect" salad in a split baking dish with a diameter of 19 cm. I grease each layer with a little mayonnaise. The first layer is grated boiled potatoes, then boiled eggs, then a layer of chopped ham thin strips, sometimes I add a little fresh cucumber, and the very last layer is pickled mushrooms and greens. Here you can turn on your imagination and decorate the salad to your liking.

The next salad is "Mimosa" in a new way.

This is really incredibly tasty, juicy and beautiful salad. My whole family just can't help but love him.

Ingredients:

7 eggs, 1 smoked mackerel, 1 large carrot, 2-3 medium potatoes, 100 g cheese, 4-5 green onion feathers, salt, mayonnaise

First of all, we will prepare the cheese-yolk paste, which will be one of the layers of our salad. To do this, mix cheese, yolks, herbs and mayonnaise. The first layer is boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater. Next, smoked mackerel, it needs to be cleaned of bones and skin, cut into cubes. Further, boiled carrots, also grated on a coarse grater, and completes the salad with a layer of grated egg whites. You can also paint to your taste in accordance with the occasion for the feast.

And the very last, but not least, salad - "Colonel General". This is my personal favorite, I can eat him instead of Olivier even every weekend, he is so delicious.

Ingredients:

Smoked chicken breast 350 grams, eggs 4 pcs, carrots 2 pcs medium, hard cheese 130 grams, beets 1 pc medium size, a handful of walnuts, dill, dry garlic 1 teaspoon (can be replaced with fresh), 5-6 tablespoons mayonnaise spoons

The very first layer is smoked chicken breast, which I mix with mayonnaise with the addition of dry garlic and put on the bottom of the mold. Next, I send the eggs grated on a coarse grater to the form, then the carrots. Next, cheese and beets, grated on a coarse grater, are sent to the salad. You can simply sprinkle the salad with nuts and herbs on top, or you can fantasize a bit and make a decoration in the form of weather.

All flaky salads must be attributed, so I always make them at least three hours before serving.
