I figured out a delicious cupcake from what was on hand. It turned out to be very tasty, not greasy and moderately sweet cake for tea, so I can't help but share the recipe.
One banana, egg, one tablespoon of vegetable oil, the last two tablespoons left at home tablespoons of cocoa and the same amount of brown sugar, I combined in a salad bowl and chopped using a dipping blender.
I added half a glass of whole wheat flour to the resulting mass and mixed well.
Then, while stirring the dough, I added milk until it became more liquid, like dough for pancakes. Last but not least, I add slaked soda with lemon juice, about 0.5 teaspoon.
Pour the dough into a mold covered with parchment paper and sprinkle with walnuts.
I send it to a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
It turns out a very tasty, slightly moist cake, not greasy at all and, which is important, with a little sugar.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cocoa spoons
2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
1 ripe banana
0.5 cups whole grain wheat flour
30-40 cm milk
