Today I want to share with you a very simple and successful recipe for donuts made from liquid kefir dough. Everything is done very quickly, you don't even have to knead the dough with your hands. I think these donuts will be the perfect complement to your warm cozy tea party!

Cooking ingredients:

Kefir (any fat content) - 200 ml
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Soda - 1 tsp l. (incomplete)
Vanillin - to taste
Flour - 200-230 g
Vegetable oil for frying - 400 ml

The dough is made so quickly that first of all, before preparing it, it is better to pour vegetable oil into a cauldron or a frying pan with high sides, and put it to warm up.

And now, we start preparing the dough - break the egg in a bowl, put sugar, salt, vanillin and rub it with a whisk or fork.

Pour in warm kefir - that is, you first need to get it out of the refrigerator so that it warms up to room temperature, or heat it up a little in the microwave. Mix again.

Now sift the flour with the addition of soda. Mix - the consistency of the dough will turn out as for making pancakes, if you scoop it up with a spoon or spatula, it should drain not a construction site, but a tape.

Then we take a teaspoon, scoop up the dough and put it in hot oil. Or, if you get used to it, you can transfer the dough into a pastry bag without a nozzle, and squeeze out the dough with it.

Fry, like ordinary donuts, stirring with a slotted spoon, they should be evenly covered with a blush on all sides. And after they have cooled, they can be sprinkled with icing sugar. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
