Today I want to share with you, my dear subscribers and guests of my channel, recipe for delicious sweet donuts (or crumpets) for tea. Their preparation requires a minimum of ingredients - the most important thing is to find a jar of condensed milk!

The recipe is insanely simple, the donuts are delicious and very easy to prepare. I highly recommend you try making these donuts according to my recipe.

Cooking ingredients:

Condensed milk - 1 can
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin to taste
Baking powder for dough - 2 tsp l.
Just a pinch of salt to balance the flavor
Flour - about 450 g
Cooking oil for frying - 50-100 ml (it all depends on the size of your pan)

Now we are preparing ...

Break two eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, a little vanilla or vanilla sugar - although this is not necessary, the taste of condensed milk will prevail and pour out the can of condensed milk.

We mix.

Then, in several steps, sift the flour along with the baking powder. We knead a soft dough - quite a bit sticky to the hands.

Now sprinkle a little flour on the working surface of the table, lay out the dough and roll it into a layer, about 0.5 cm thick - but not thinner! And then with the help of small special cuttings or just an ordinary glass we cut out small donuts.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, heat it up and lay the prepared donuts. Fry them on 2 sides over medium heat, literally 1 minute on each side - that's how fast they roast! While the first batch is being fried, we prepare the next, and so on... A whole can of condensed milk, and donuts are a huge bowl. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
