The simplest recipe for sweet cakes in a pan: from yeast dough in water

On my channel, I have already published several recipes for various cakes, cooked both in a pan and in the oven, but there has not yet been a "sweet" version. Today I publish a recipe for sweet cakes in a pan, which are perfect for a cozy homemade tea party! I recommend cooking!

Cooking ingredients:

Water - 1 glass (200-220 ml)
Dry yeast - 1 tsp l.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l. + the same amount for sprinkling
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Flour - 300-350 g

First of all, we will make the process of activating the yeast, or in simple language, prepare the dough - pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar, yeast and about 5-6 tablespoons of flour (this is probably 150 g). When the dough has increased by 2-3 times, you can knead the dough.

For the main kneading dough, add all the remaining ingredients, control the amount of flour during kneading - then there is, add it in small portions, and in the end result the dough should be soft, even a little sticky.

To make the dough come together in a lump, lightly grease it with vegetable oil, round it, put it in a bowl, cover it with a cotton towel (lid), and put it in a warm place for about one hour.

In my case, exactly one hour has passed, the dough has risen well, we begin to make cakes.

Divide the dough into pieces of approximately the same weight, round them.

We roll each bun in turn into a cake, 0.5-0.6 cm thick. Pour a little sugar on one half of each cake (1/2 tsp. l.).

We fold the cakes in half, release the air, and make small cuts with a knife at the edges.

Fry the cakes in a frying pan, in a small amount of vegetable oil on 2 sides. Frying the other side, cover the pan with a lid - the cakes are completely baked! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
