Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful to you - read, write comments, and of course, Subscribe!
Our family is very fond of such a dish as stuffed peppers. In the summer season, I specifically buy more fresh peppers, peel them and put them in the freezer. And in winter, as needed, I cook the minced meat, take out the pepper, fill it and put the carcass in a saucepan with vegetables. And some time ago, once again going to visit, I saw how my friend stuffed and baked peppers in a completely different way - for me it really was a discovery!
Today I want to share the recipe for such a dish with you, perhaps, as you will like me. this option for cooking pepperand you will want to cook as well.
The dish is easy to prepare, but it turns out very, very tasty!
Ingredients for cooking (for us for 3 people, you can do more):
Bulgarian pepper - 3 pcs.
Chicken breast - 1 pc. (somewhere around 400-500 g)
Fresh tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
Hard cheese - 70-100 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper and spices - to taste
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
Flour - 1 tbsp. l.
Let's start cooking ...
The first step is to "deal" with the peppers. For this dish, they must be washed, cut in half lengthwise, carefully remove the tail and the inside with seeds. And that's it... We remove it to the side for now.
We cut the chicken breast or absolutely any chicken meat cut from other parts of the chicken into small pieces, put in a pan with already heated vegetable oil and start frying. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Next, add salt, black pepper and some spices for meat or chicken (this is to your liking), put sour cream, a tablespoon of flour and mix.
Then pour in a little hot water (50 ml), reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer for about 7-10 minutes, under a closed lid.
Now we take any suitable baking dish, put the halves of the peppers in one row and fill them with the chicken filling.
Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and put tomatoes on top, cut into small slices or circles. We send to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. The pepper turns out to be very fragrant, soft, with a hearty and juicy filling - for a festive table, two halves for each guest, just perfect! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
