Fasting or eating to lose weight - the choice is yours. My slimness menu is already my way of life. Minus 63 kg in 2 years.

When we hear the word diet, what thoughts come to us? It seems to me that most of the diet is associated with the following:

  • suffering,
  • restrictions,
  • buckwheat, boiled hoot, vegetables,
  • tasteless food,
  • beginning and the end,
  • hunger.

And as long as we have such thoughts, as long as we think that it is possible to lose weight through suffering and hunger, we are doomed to failure.

We are also doomed to failure if we think that there is a beginning of the diet and there is its end. Yes, starting any diets, we can get certain results, but after finishing the diet, we will inevitably return to where it all began.

This is our mistake.

You need to find the kind of food that you can always stick to.

I have found a way to control food, on which I have managed to lose weight and manage to maintain weight. And that's calorie counting.

During the time that I was losing weight by counting calories and their deficit, I managed to change my eating habits, change my diet, change the way of cooking. I have learned to cook meals with less calories than before.

And most importantly, I now know exactly how much and what products I need to be slim and healthy.

By tradition, I will show my diet based on the calculation of KBZHU as an example.

For breakfast today I have a casserole with cottage cheese, lavash and cherries (230 g), as well as some yogurt (40 g).

Breakfast came out on350 kcal.

For a snack, I finished a salad with chicken breast, egg, pineapple (200 g), which was seasoned with 40 g of yogurt. It turned out to be a snack 290 kcal

After a snack, I stumbled into the store near the house. Ended up my favorite chicken breast, and I really wanted to bake it under a cheese cap, and with spinach.

But in the store I was in for a surprise. At first I thought that they started a general cleaning before any check. Then we got into a conversation with another customer - and laughed with her that it looks like our store is being closed. The shelves were almost empty! For 4 refrigerators with meat and chicken, several packages of some semi-finished products and that's it.

It turned out that cars with food had not been able to reach us for 3 days. These are the problems that have fallen on our neighborhood due to snowfall.

Now I don’t know what I’ll have for dinner. I made up the entire menu in advance from what had already been prepared, but I didn't plan dinner.

I think there might be a suitable stash in the freezer.

And for lunch, fish and cheese soup (450 g) and bread (40 g) - 375 kcal.

And with tea I ate a marshmallow after dinner - 50 kcal.

As a result, I found a turkey breast in the freezer and cooked a casserole with vegetables under a cheese and curd cap. Remember the recipe with the most delicious hatπŸ˜‰ - I'll leave it in a reminder. Today I added spinach and bell peppers to the tomatoes, and increased the ingredients for the hat, because it is so tasty and I want more of it.

My dinner - 300 g casserole with turkey breast and vegetables - 315 kcal.

And during the day I ate 20 g of cashew nuts - 130 kcal.

The result of my day: K - 1505, B - 133, F - 58, U - 105.

The norm of water, and this is 30 ml per 1 kilogram of weight drunk. Do not forget at least about the usual physical education and walks, if possible. And it is important for us, for girls, to maintain the skin, take care of it more intensively than usual.
