Getting ready for summer! And, today I want to offer you 2 recipes for very tasty and simple vegetable salads with green radish.
Each salad will take you literally 5-7 minutes to prepare. Salads to taste totally different!
You can prepare such salads as a light dinner, serving, for example, with baked breast or fish.
Ingredients for Cooking (per four servings):
1 salad:
White cabbage - 250 g
Green radish - 1 pc. small
Bulb onions - 1 pc. small
Sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
Vinegar - 1 tbsp l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
2 salad:
Green radish - 1 pc. small
Green apple - 1 pc.
Fresh carrots - 1 pc.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
Lemon pepper - a pinch (can be substituted with ground black pepper)
Greens to taste
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil to taste
To prepare the first salad, thinly chop the cabbage, put it in a bowl, add salt, sugar and press with your hands until softened.
Add the onion, cut into half rings, and grate the green radish. Pour in a spoonful of vinegar 9%, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, mix. Salad ready! Let's try!
For the second salad, we need a carrot, an apple and a green radish - I already wrote this. We peel them, you can not remove the peel from the apple.
Now we rub the prepared vegetables... And one fruit! on the "Korean" grater - which is used to cook Korean carrots.
Add chopped greens, pour in lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, mix. The second salad is ready too! We try it too!
Both the first and the second salad, I recommend giving time to infuse, then they will become even tastier.
