Today I cook delicious, fragrant donuts or crumpets from condensed milk - and this is, as it were, the main Main! ingredient. Additionally, you do not need to add sugar, milk or butter to the dough. This is probably the easiest way to make donuts.

Cooking ingredients:

Condensed milk - 1 can
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Vanillin - to taste
Baking powder - 2 tsp l.
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 420-470 g

I have already said that these donuts are prepared very easily, and the cooking process itself will take you no more than 15 minutes - if you prepare everything in advance, and specifically, engage in their preparation.

Open a can of condensed milk, pour the contents into a bowl, break an egg, add a pinch of salt, vanillin and mix with a whisk.

Sift flour with baking powder ...

... and, we knead a soft, but sticky dough - you touch it, and it sticks to your hands, but nothing can be done about it.

We spread the dough on the work surface of the table, sprinkle it with a little flour and roll it into a layer, 0.7-0.8 cm thick. Using an ordinary glass (or a special cutter for cookies), with a diameter of 2.5-3 cm, we cut out round donuts.

Pour vegetable oil into the pan (about 1 cm), heat and fry the donuts on both sides - they are fried very quickly. While the first portion is being fried, collect the scraps, roll them out again and cut out the blanks. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
