I want to share with you a recipe for making quick chicken sausages without a special shell. Of course, they differ in taste from the store ones, but in my opinion, only for the better.
And here's what is needed to prepare them:
Chicken fillet - 700 g
Onions - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Butter - 50 g
Milk - 100 ml
Spices (seasoning for chicken, red ground paprika) - 1/2 tsp. l.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, put it in a blender bowl, put onions here (you can add a couple of garlic cloves), butter, break an egg and pour in milk ...
... and we punch through all this for some time, until a homogeneous mass is formed. A blender is the best option for a delicate and uniform texture. But, if there is no blender, of course everything can be scrolled through a meat grinder with a fine grate - only in this case, the texture of the sausages will not be so uniform.
We transfer the contents from the blender bowl to the bowl, add spices, salt, mix.
Now we need a baking sleeve - we cut off a piece from the roll, about 30 cm, cut it in half. We put one half on the work surface of the table, and put a small amount of minced chicken (50-100 g) on the film, closer to the edge.
We twist - forming a sausage, we tie the tails tightly. And, we repeat all the same with the remaining minced chicken.
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, dip the made chicken sausages into it and cook for 15 minutes. For myself, I'm already stopping at this stage, I like boiled chicken sausages... But the rest of the family requires fried sausages.
For frying, pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, lay out the sausages - of course, without a shell. And, fry on different sides until golden brown. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
