There are many different homemade baking recipes, and each housewife has her own favorites - and in most cases, these are some quick kefir pies, like charlotte, muffins, pies. And everything tends to believe that it should be quick baking.
Today I want to share with you a recipe for making delicious and puff cookies from ready-made puff pastry - there is simply no simpler and faster option!
I think this recipe definitely deserves your attention!
Cooking ingredients:
Puff pastry - 1 pack 450 g (only one sheet can be used)
Chicken egg - 1 pc. (only protein needed)
Sugar - 50 g
We take the finished puff pastry out of the freezer in advance, and defrost it to a certain stage - not yet soft, but you can already roll it out! We spread one sheet on the work surface of the table, sprinkle with flour and roll it lightly with a rolling pin, without much pressure. And then with a knife we cut into short strips / cubes, or squares, or some other shape.
Now we take two small bowls - pour sugar into one, pour the separated chicken protein from one egg into the other, usually this is enough, and you need to beat it slightly with a fork.
Next, take the chopped strips of puff pastry, dip first in egg white, then roll in sugar ...
... and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
We bake cookies in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for only 15 minutes. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
