Turkey meat is one of the healthiest meat products. You can cook many different dishes from it, both for a festive table and for an everyday menu.

And today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking turkey meat in a sleeve - it is in this version that it turns out to be the most juicy and tender. In principle, you can use any part of the bird - in my case, this is the thigh part.

The recipe that I offer you is very simple, and this cooking method is very helpful when there is absolutely no time to stand at the stove for a long time. My whole recipe literally "fit" into 3 photos!

For cooking you will need:

Turkey thigh - 1 kg
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Spices for chicken, dill, dry basil and a little dried garlic - to taste
Homemade sauce, ketchup - 4 tbsp. l.
Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp l.

Begin...

Of course, first we thoroughly rinse the meat, then cut it into not too large pieces, put it in a bowl. Add spices, salt, put in mustard, sauce - mix everything and leave to marinate, literally for 15 minutes. Here I use homemade ketchup as a sauce, but you can use store-bought tomato sauce or ketchup. And for lovers of "spicy" - you can add a little more ground red pepper or chili.

After 15 minutes, put the contents of the bowl into a baking sleeve, tie it up, transfer it to a baking sheet or into some suitable baking dish and send it to the oven to cook.

The turkey in the sleeve will cook for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees. It's real very juicy and tasty! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
