Today, in addition to your collection of simple recipes, I want to offer you another one - this is a recipe for a simple, hearty and inexpensive sauerkraut salad.
The salad is prepared from the most affordable ingredients and will perfectly complement your daily menu.
Also, sauerkraut is not only a tasty product, but also a storehouse of vitamins - lactic acid bacteria formed during fermentation, when they enter the intestines, they fight against harmful pathogenic bacteria.
Cooking ingredients:
Sauerkraut - 500 g
Jacket-boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
Canned green peas - 150 g
Dill - small bunch
Green onion - 3-4 feathers
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil for refueling - 5-6 tbsp. l.

First of all, it will be necessary to boil the potatoes "in their uniforms." Then we cool it and clean it. And also, potatoes can be baked in foil in the oven, and even cooked in the microwave.
Slightly squeeze sauerkraut from the brine, put it in a bowl, add chopped greens, canned green peas. If the sauerkraut is too sour, I recommend adding literally 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to it, squeezing a little with your hands, and then rinsing in cold water.
Now add the potatoes boiled into small cubes.
Season with vegetable oil, add salt and pepper to taste and mix. And, at least 10 minutes, let the salad brew. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
