Korean beef salad with carrots: a recipe for a delicious salad without mayonnaise

Just the other day, I laid out a recipe for a salad with chicken and carrots in Korean, seasoned with mayonnaise.

Today I want to offer you another salad recipe, but with beef, and also with Korean carrots, but without mayonnaise... Someone will say "Well, finally" :)

The salad is easy to prepare and very tasty - such a salad it is not a shame to put it even on the festive table!

Cooking ingredients:

Beef pulp (not greasy) - 200-250 g
Korean carrots - 100 g
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil for dressing - 3-4 tbsp. l.

What to do first, of course, you need to boil the beef pulp - it is better to do this in advance, after all, a rather long process. The meat can be cooked in the evening ...

And, now the very process of preparing the salad - the Bulgarian pepper for the salad needs to be salted. To do this, clean it, cut it into strips, put it in a pan, add literally a teaspoon of vegetable oil and fry until soft. Transfer to a bowl.

Add pickled cucumbers, cut into strips and boiled beef pulp - it can also be cut into strips or simply cubes.

We put the last ingredient - Korean carrots... I repeat, as in the previous recipe, you can use purchased carrots, or you can cook it yourself. For dressing, pour in vegetable oil, pepper to taste, salt a little (I think it's superfluous) and mix. Salad ready! Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
