Some time ago, I posted on my channel a recipe for delicious and unusual cookies, the main ingredient of which is processed cheese. It is prepared very simply and quickly.

Today I want to bring to your attention another recipe for a very tasty and really record-fast cookie. It requires a minimum of ingredients to cook, and yet you end up with a whole baking sheet of cookies.

Be sure to try it, and lovers of biscuit baking will appreciate it!

Cooking ingredients:

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Sugar (or powdered sugar) - 70 g

Butter - 60 g

Wheat flour - 80 g

Let's get started ...

For this recipe, I use a whole chicken egg to make the cookie soft.

If you prefer a crisper texture, use 2 proteins ... And the yolks can be used, for example, to grease some baked goods in the oven.

The egg must be divided into yolk and white.

Add the yolk to a bowl with softened butter, add sugar and grind with a mixer for a while.

This mixture will turn slightly white and the sugar will melt.

Now the whisks from the mixer quickly wash and beat the egg white into a foam. And, now the mixer can be removed.

Add all the flour to the egg-oil mixture, and stir in it with a spoon or spatula.

Then, in several steps, introduce the egg white, mix gently.

You should get a soft, tender biscuit dough.

Now you need a pastry bag to place the cookies on the baking sheet. But, not everyone has it - not all confectioners! In this case, I use an ordinary disposable food bag. We shift all the dough into it - and, you can notice that there is very little of it, because the total weight of the ingredients is slightly more than 200 g, but there will be a lot of cookies!

We cut off the tip of the bag literally 0.5 cm and with smooth movements place the strips of dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Cookies are baked in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees, only 7-8 minutes. Cook, taste, enjoy your tea!
