Do you want to bake something tasty for tea - and, at the same time, quickly? Then you definitely came to the right place - on my channel I often publish baked goods that cook very quickly, and at the same time, in most cases, this is a minimum of ingredients.

About two weeks ago, I published shortbread bagel recipe, which you only need to cook three ingredient. And, everything is done very easily.

Today I am making a soft and delicious biscuit cookie! Even a child can cook them. The dough is kneaded in 5 minutes, and each batch of cookies is also baked for 5 minutes. You should definitely try making these cookies at least once - I'm sure you will like the recipe!

Cooking ingredients:

Butter - 80 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 80-100 g
Milk - 50 ml
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.
Flour - 150 g
Baking powder - 1 hour l.
Salt - a pinch

Let's get started ...

First of all, cut the butter into small pieces into a bowl - so it becomes soft very quickly, add sugar and salt and just grind it with a spatula into a homogeneous mass. You can add some vanillin to taste.

Next, pour in the milk, break the egg, mix.

Now we sift the cocoa powder, baking powder and flour, and knead a fairly soft and batter. If you just want vanilla white cookies, then replace the specified amount of cocoa powder with the same amount of flour. The consistency of the dough reminds me of pulling toffee

Next, we transfer this dough into a pastry bag for depositing the cream, or simply into a tight plastic bag, cut off the tip by 1 cm. And, we place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper with small washers - no more than 3 cm in diameter. One baking sheet is not enough! Will have to repeat two or three times. After jigging, a small tail will "stick out", press it with your finger slightly moistened with water.

And, we send to bake in the oven for literally 5 minutes - preheated to 190 degrees.
