Nourishing homemade soup with delicious meatballs - this is an excellent first course, which is very quickly and easily prepared.
Recipe soup with meatballs
You will need:
- 500 g of potatoes
- 300 g of minced
- 150 g of onion
- 150 g of carrots
- 50 - 100 g shallow vermicelli
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 2 bay leaves
- polpuchka parsley
- salt
- pepper
How to cook:
1. Minced salt and pepper, add the semolina, well mixed.
2. Formed in the hands of small, dense balls the size of a little less than a walnut.
3. Onions clean, finely chopped.
4. Carrots are clean, grate.
5. Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
6. The pot add 2 liters of water and bring to boil.
7. Lower potatoes in water. Add the onions and carrots.
8. Bring to the boil, salt and pepper, add bay leaf.
9. Omit meatballs one into the boiling soup.
10. Cook for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs.
11. Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes (or as directed on the package with noodles).
12. Add finely chopped parsley, turn off the heat.
