In the summer, I especially appreciate these recipes. You do not need to stand at the stove for a long time. Everything is prepared very quickly and it turns out very tasty. The dish is ready in about 10 minutes! Can be served hot or cold.
HOW TO COOK:
First, I chop the onion and hot pepper. I chop the onion coarsely. If you do not eat spicy, pepper can be excluded.
I put the chopped onions and peppers in a frying pan with heated oil.
Fry the onion until golden brown. It takes 2-3 minutes.
I cut the cabbage into squares. For this recipe, I take young cabbage - it cooks faster and tastes better.
I spread the cabbage to the onion in the pan. I mix constantly. Fry for another 2-3 minutes over medium heat. And pour in soy sauce diluted with water (2 tablespoons sauce / 3 tablespoons water). Over medium heat, simmer cabbage with sauce for another 4-5 minutes.
At the end I add greens. I use parsley leaves. It tastes best with them. But you can, of course, add dill, if you like.
I leave the dish under the lid for another minute, reducing the heat to low. And that's all. You can try.
It would seem that such simple ingredients, but the taste of cabbage is amazing!
Besides being fast, it's also delicious! I love this cabbage with sour cream.
You can eat cabbage hot, or you can serve it cold. Tasty both ways.
