Cottage cheese is a complete healthy product! With berries, honey, and just sugar, it's already delicious. But, after all, you always want to add some kind of variety to your menu - and, in this case, cottage cheese can be used as the main ingredient for making some baked goods.

Some time ago, I published a recipe for very lush and delicious curd donuts that I cook in the oven. And if you have not yet seen this recipe, I will leave a link to it at the bottom of this publication - go ahead, perhaps it will be of interest to you!

And today I want to bring to your attention a completely different recipe for a very tasty curd delicacy.

This is a soft melted chocolate cheese: it is very easy to prepare, and will last for a whole week - and it tastes more like chocolate spread to me!

Cooking ingredients:

Cottage cheese (homemade, fatty) - 200 g
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - 30-40 g
Chocolate - 30-40 g (you can do without it)
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - a pinch
Soda - 1/3 tsp l.

And, we start cooking ...

Cottage cheese, as I already wrote, for the preparation of such processed cheese, you need to take fatty and good quality - and, it is better if it is homemade. We put it in a dish that can be placed in a water bath.

Add an egg, sugar, a pinch of salt, soda to the curd and, if desired, add a little vanillin.

We grind with an immersion blender until smooth - this may not be done, but then the process will take a little longer.

Place the bowl with the curd mass on a saucepan with boiling water and, with constant stirring, bring the contents to a melted state - it will take 7-10 minutes.

Next, add chocolate and cocoa powder - you can use one thing, but slightly increase the amount. Stir, cook for another two minutes and remove from the water bath.

Immediately put butter in the hot mass, mix.

The process of making delicious chocolate melted cheese is almost finished, it remains to bring it to the desired consistency by cooling! That is, pour it into some suitable container / container and put it in the refrigerator. And, in an hour we serve sandwiches with you delicious cottage cheese paste for tea.
