Any housewife can offer her own signature chicken recipe. Someone can very tasty bake a whole carcass in the oven, someone has a recipe for an unusual marinade for chicken... And there are actually a lot of recipes!
Published a recipe some time ago "summer" minced chicken cutlets with the addition of grated zucchini - the recipe has long taken root in our family, and all my household members really like these cutlets.

And today I want to invite you to cook a completely different original dish from poultry meat - this is fried chicken breast in egg whites.
This, too, has already been repeated recipe I checked - and, breast cooked according to this recipe turns out to be incredibly soft, tender and very tasty
. And, it requires a minimum of ingredients. Try it and see for yourself!Cooking ingredients:
Chicken breast - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Ground red paprika - 1 tsp l.
Potato starch - 3-4 tsp l.
Salt, black pepper to taste
And a little vegetable oil for frying
Let's get started ...
Divide the chicken breast into fillets and cut into small pieces. Then we put it between two plastic bags (or cling film), and beat off from both sides - you can not cover it with a film, it will make the kitchen cleaner.
We transfer the prepared pieces to a bowl and add three chicken yolks, separate the whites in a separate bowl.
Put paprika, salt, black pepper, starch and mix everything. And now we put the frying pan on the stove, pour in some vegetable oil and start heating it up.
Beat the separated chicken proteins with a mixer until a fluffy stable mass is formed.
Now put a piece of chicken breasts with a fork and dip in beaten egg whites.
Put in hot oil and fry on 2 sides, over low heat, until a characteristic golden brown crust is formed.
It is very tender and tasty, I recommend trying. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
