When there is a sufficient amount of minced meat, and you want to cook cutlets, then this is not a problem! But, if there is very little minced meat (even very little), and you need to feed a family of 4 people, then here you don't even think about cooking cutlets. I thought so until recently ...

Some time ago I published on my channel recipe for juicy cutletswhich I cook in the oven. A lot of comments were written on this post - both good and not so... And one a good subscriber shared her recipe, no less juicy cutlets, with significantly less minced meat used. And, now I want to share this recipe with you.

Ingredients for making cutlets from 200 g minced meat:

Minced meat - 200 g
White cabbage - 400 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.
Greens
Garlic to taste
Salt, black pepper, some spices - to taste
Flour - 4-5 tbsp. l.
A little vegetable oil for frying cutlets

And, we begin to cook ...

As for the minced meat, it is already clear, we need only 200 grams. And then, take white cabbage and rub it on a large grater !!! It is on a grater or we grind it in a blender - on the advice of a subscriber, this is how it is necessary to grind the cabbage to prepare these cutlets. If you just shred the cabbage, the consistency will be completely different.

Now pour boiling water over the grated cabbage, for about 10 minutes.

Then pour into a colander, let the hot water drain, and squeeze well.

We shift the prepared cabbage to the minced meat, put finely chopped onions, fresh herbs, break the egg, add sour cream, salt, black pepper and some spices to your liking, you can add chopped garlic. Also add a few tablespoons of flour and mix everything.

Now pour a little vegetable oil into the pan (so that only the bottom is closed), heat it up, and then spread the cutlet mass with a spoon - in the form of cutlets. Fry on 2 sides over low heat, until a characteristic golden brown crust is formed. In this case, the pan must be covered with a lid, in this version the cutlets will definitely be well baked. From so many ingredients, I got 11 rather large cutlets - really quite enough to serve for dinner for a family of 4 people. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
