Recently, I have published on my channel recipes for dishes that are mainly prepared from zucchini Is a really good healthy vegetable, but not the only one... Today I want to bring to your attention to cook appetizer (or salad) of fresh tomatoes, which will be appropriate for the everyday table, and is quite suitable for the festive table.
You will need no more than 15 minutes to prepare this snack - this is both the cooking process and the marinating time.
Cooking ingredients:
Fresh tomatoes - 500 g
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
Any greens - to taste
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 1/2 tsp l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Vinegar - 1 tbsp l.
Ground black pepper - to taste

To prepare such a snack, we need several dense, whole tomatoes, and for the "tomato dressing", you can use cracked, damaged and unsightly tomatoes. Dense tomatoes are cut into small slices, the onion is peeled and cut into half rings. We take only soft twigs and leaves from the used greens, but don't throw out the dense stems - we will use them in the preparation of "tomato dressing".
And now, in fact, we turn to the preparation of this dressing - we take a few tomatoes, peeled bell peppers and garlic, and also some greens, along with tough stems ...
And, we scroll it all through a meat grinder or grind it in a blender.
Add sugar, salt, a little black pepper to this mixture, pour in vinegar, vegetable oil and mix.
Put the previously cut tomatoes and onions in layers in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Pour in the "tomato dressing", mix gently and leave for 10 minutes to marinate. And, we serve to the table... Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
