I didn't have any scales, so I counted everything into glasses. Hence the name appeared)) I am sure that the name "8 glasses" is not found anywhere on the Internet.

I showed this recipe in the video below. There are also 4 very budget recipes. Take a look - you will definitely like:

How to cook:

I think that everyone had such a stack (mine has been for sooo many years). Below, even the price is knocked out - 5 kopecks. Write in the comments if you had one?

I measure out 5 such glasses of sifted flour and send them to a bowl. Here is a glass of sugar, a glass of water (at room temperature) and a glass of vegetable oil. Here they are, 8 glasses))

I also add a pinch of salt and soda (you need to extinguish with vinegar or lemon juice).

Knead the dough, cover with plastic wrap and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Then I roll out the dough about 5 mm thick. I cut out circles with the same stack:

I spread it on a baking sheet. And I put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

That's all! Dessert for tea is ready. Very fast and out of nothing! Cookies resemble shortbread - crumbly, not too hard, moderately sweet.

• Vegetable oil - 1 glass (100 ml)
• Water - 1 glass (100 ml)
• Salt - a pinch
• Soda - 0.5 tsp. (quench with vinegar)
