Step-by-step recipe for how to cook curd casserole

Step one

I add semolina to warm milk and mix. You do not need to cook, otherwise the semolina will cook and thicken.

In warm milk, semolina swells and does not have time to boil, due to this, the casserole turns out to be very tender. This is the secret of my subscriber's curd casserole.

Step two

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and grind it with sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt and stir until combined. The last I add a mixture of milk and semolina and also mix until smooth.

Step three

I grease the form with butter and sprinkle with semolina. I pour the curd mixture into a mold and send it to bake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. After baking, let it cool completely and can be served. See below for all the required ingredients.
