Any vegetable salad is a great addition to the main course, and at the same time a healthy variety of everyday and holiday menus! And, every housewife wants to please and surprise her household with something new.

Today I want to offer you one an uncomplicated version of a delicious vegetable salad.

Despite the fact that all the ingredients in the recipe are the simplest, the salad turns out to be incredibly tasty, and I'm sure many will like the recipe!

Ingredients for making vegetable salad:

Boiled beets - 1 pc. (medium size)
White cabbage - 350 g
Raw carrots - 1 pc.
Bulb onions - 1 pc.
Green apple - 1 pc.
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp l.
Sugar - 1 tsp l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.

Let's start cooking ...

First of all, we need to boil the beets - this can be done in the evening. Although, there is a way to quickly prepare it in the microwave - for this it is enough to put it in a plastic bag and send it to the microwave for literally 15 minutes. In this version, while the rest of the ingredients are being cooked, the beets will be ready!

White cabbage must be finely chopped.

Then, on a coarse grater or on a special grater, which is designed for cooking carrots in Korean, rub the raw carrots. Cut the peeled onions into half rings and combine with cabbage. Add salt and rub lightly with your hands so that the cabbage becomes softer and gives a little juice.

Then add sugar, pour in lemon juice, mix.

Now here on a coarse grater we rub the boiled beets, mix.

Finally, peel the apple, also grate it and add to the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

For refueling we use any vegetable oil to our liking. We mix. Salad ready! The salad is very tasty with an interesting piquant taste, it is not even a shame to serve this to the festive table. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
