Today I want to offer you a recipe for a very tasty hearty dish that I cook in a pan from the most ordinary ingredients - This is chicken stew with vegetables and dough rolls. Rolls in this dish can easily replace any side dish, and besides, they can be supplemented with any filling.
This dish looks very nice on the table and is quite suitable for a festive table!

Cooking ingredients:
Chicken meat - 700-800 g
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 1-2 pcs.
Salt, spices ground black pepper to taste
For the test:
Water - 300 ml
Sour cream - 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Greens
Flour - 500 g
Let's start cooking ...
First, let's prepare the dough ... Sift the flour into a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, mix, pour in warm water and begin to knead the dough.
Stir in a little vegetable oil, continue to knead well - and as a result we get an elastic dense dough, like on dumplings. We give the finished dough to rest for about 20-30 minutes, and during this time we will have time to prepare all the other ingredients.
Take the chicken (or some of its parts), separate the fillet from the bones and cut into small pieces.
We peel the vegetables, rub the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small pieces, cut the onion into half rings or quarters.
Then pour vegetable oil into the pan - a little, so that the bottom is only covered, lay the chicken meat and fry it for about 10 minutes until golden brown. At this stage, you don't need to add salt and spices yet.
When the meat is browned, put onions, carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes and now add salt, black pepper and other spices to your liking. Pour in broth or water - to cover the meat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Now we take the "rested" dough, roll it out on the work surface of the table into a thin layer, grease it with sour cream thinly and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
We roll part of the dough into a thin roll (3-4 turns), cut off, pinch the cut a little. We repeat the same with the rest of the test. Then cut each roll into small pieces of 3-4 cm.
We shift the rolls of dough into a frying pan to the meat with vegetables, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. We beautifully serve the finished dish to the table - first put the dough rolls on the plate, and on top the stew with vegetables. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
