" Big cutlet" - minced meat and breadcrumbs pie

Ingredients: minced fish (I have coho salmon), onion, lemon juice, salt, spices, pepper, herbs (I have parsley), breadcrumbs, cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, For brushing:, sour cream or mayonnaise or their mixture

Cooking method:

Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, chopped garlic, sour cream, salt, pepper to taste. Get a dense, thick mass. Cover the form with baking paper and lay out the most part, about 2/3, of the mass in an even thin layer, leaving 1/3 for sprinkling the cake on top.

Add salt, spices, greens, finely chopped onion, lemon juice to the minced meat - mix. Put the prepared minced meat in an even layer on a layer of breading mass, grease the top with a small amount sour cream or mayonnaise or a mixture thereof and distribute the remaining breading mass in small pieces over pirogue.
