Today I want to tell you how to cook pancakes with apples in milk. The recipe is simple, and the result is always pleasing. The pancakes are lush, tasty and slightly sour at the expense of apples.
It is better to serve such pancakes in the morning, for example, for breakfast. They are very nutritious and high in calories. To make them lighter, you can fry them in a dry skillet without oil.
Ingredients:
Milk - 200 ml.
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Chicken egg - 1 pc.
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Apple - 1 pc.
Flour - 200 g.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml. (for frying)
Step by step recipe:
1. Prepare foods from the list. You will need milk at room temperature, so be sure to get it out of the refrigerator beforehand. Sift flour with baking powder through a sieve. Use a dense apple with a slight sourness.
2. Combine milk, sugar and egg in a bowl.
3. Stir with a whisk until smooth.
4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder.
5. Use a whisk again. The pancake dough should be thick enough, like homemade sour cream in consistency.
6. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes or grate on a medium grater. Add to dough and stir.
7. The dough is ready.
8. Preheat a skillet with vegetable oil and add a portion of dough to form pancakes. To prevent the dough from sticking to the spoon, immerse it in cold water before placing each new portion.
9. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until they are beautifully browned. If you turned the pancakes over to the second side, it is undesirable to turn it back, otherwise it will absorb a lot of oil. On average, the pancakes are fried for 2-3 minutes on each side. When ready, transfer them to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
10. Delicious pancakes with apples mixed with milk are ready. Serve them hot with honey and a cup of aromatic tea.
