βœ… πŸ‘Œ Jellied dishes and jellied meat are especially popular in the winter season. But we cannot say that cooking them is quick and easy. You need to cook a beautiful, transparent broth, carefully cut the meat, and then let all this beauty freeze.

Today I want to offer you Lazy cold meat appetizer, which I tried to cook some time ago, according to a recipe from the Internet. Its preparation can be safely called passive, because the preparation of products you will spend no more than 20 minutes, or even less. The oven and refrigerator will do the rest for you.

I will definitely prepare such an appetizer for the New Year!!! Try it too: I'm sure you will like it!

Ingredients for making a cold snack:

Chicken breast (fillet) - 800-900 g
Garlic - 3 cloves fresh or 2-3 pinches dried
Instant gelatin - 20 g
Ground sweet paprika - 1.5 tsp l.
Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp l.
Salt - 2-3 pinches (to taste).

To prepare such a snack, you can take any meat or poultry - pork, beef, turkey, chicken or others. This time I have chicken fillet (breast without skin and bones), but if you want, you can take the pulp from chicken legs - it will turn out more juicy, but also a little fatter. We grind the meat in any way convenient for you - by hand (cut it with a knife into small cubes) or chop it in a blender, but not until the minced meat is homogeneous, but to make small pieces. Place the sliced ​​fillets in a deep bowl. Add ground pepper, paprika, garlic and salt. I had dried garlic, if you have fresh, then you need to grate it on a fine grater or squeeze it through a special press. If you wish, you can add other spices that you like. But I do not recommend giving up paprika - it will give a beautiful color.

We also add gelatin immediately.

Pour in 5 tablespoons of cold water and mix everything well.

Transfer the resulting thick mass to a baking dish (preferably a silicone one, it will be easier to get a ready-made snack from it). To make the dish beautiful, the bottom of the mold must be embossed. We level the surface and put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for 40-45 minutes (if pork or beef is used, the cooking time will need to be increased).

Take the chicken dish out of the oven and leave to cool at room temperature.

And then put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely (for at least 4 hours). I had a snack in the fridge all night, so it froze perfectly. Turn over onto a dish and remove the form.
