Today I want to offer you, my dear readers, and especially those who devote a certain amount of time to making breakfast, recipe for delicious cottage cheese.
Although this option is suitable not only for breakfast, but also just for a snack. You can take such cottage cheese makers with you to work and there treat your colleagues with them over a mug of hot coffee or tea. Prepare very quickly! Cooking ingredients:
Cottage cheese - 2 packs (400 g)
Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Vanillin - to taste
Baking powder - 1 tsp l. with a slide
Flour - 350-400 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
Powdered sugar - optional, for sprinkling

Put a threshold in a bowl, add eggs, sugar and, if desired, vanillin to it. It is important that the cottage cheese is not too wet, then the dough will take less flour, and the cottage cheese will turn out to be fluffier and tastier. Fat content of cottage cheese - from 5%. We rub just with a fork or crush.
Sift the flour, put in the baking powder and begin to knead. The dough will be smooth, soft, slightly sticky.
Now we divide the dough into several parts for convenience in further work. Cover the part that has not yet been used in molding with a film so that the surface does not dry out. Roll out the dough into a tourniquet, of medium thickness (if it sticks to the surface, add a little flour), divide into pieces 8-10 cm long.
To give a more beautiful and interesting shape to the curds, take a fork and lightly press down on 3 sides - with a corner.
Pour 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up and lay out several formed curds. Fry over medium heat for 2 minutes on each of three sides, until golden brown. In this version, the curds are not very sweet, so sprinkle them with powdered sugar if desired. The baked goods are airy, tender, with a crispy crust - just the perfect breakfast for the whole family. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
